From Gert Crosbie: Ann Baird, wife of Henry Antle, died 5 Mar 1884 aged 26, left husband and one child, at her residence, Southside. I believe Ann Baird is identifiable with Ann Maria Baird, born at Freshwater Bay, St. John's, daughter of George Baird and Anne Hogan, and baptized at the R.C. Cathedral 25 Mar 1859. The Bairds left Freshwater Bay about the 1870's and were living on the Southside of St. John's at the time of Ann's death. I have been able to find no further information about Henry or the child. | ||||||||||||
