| Complete Information | VATCHER, Maxwell George - of Lewisporte. Passed peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre on Sunday, August 16, 1998 in his 85th year. He was predeceased by wife Ethel (Bowering), granddaughter Judy Vatcher and great-grandson David Vatcher. Leaving to mourn are his daughter Eleanor (Gus Manuel); sons: Hubert (June), Isaac (Marjorie), Edward (Winnie), twenty-three grandchildren; twenty-nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; also sisters-in-law: Lillian Vatcher, Eleanor Bowering, Jean Mercer (Ted), St. John`s, Ruth Bowering (Gerald), Deer Lake; brothers-in-law: Heber Bowering, Nathan Bowering (Genevia), St. John`s. Special niece and nephew Ethel Antle, Mount Pearl and Gerald Garland, St. John`s; also a large number of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral service took place on Wednesday, August 19th at the Philadelphia Pentecostal Church, Lewisporte. Officiating clergy, Pastor J.R. Winsor and Pastor R.G. Bartlett. Interment at the Pentecostal Cemetery, Lewisporte. | ||||||||||||
